Miles Continental is the largest South Island vehicle dealer for Volkswagen and ŠKODA.
We are part of the Miles Group which operates throughout New Zealand.
We represent brands such as Mercedes Benz ,Kia ,Toyota and Nissan.
We are seeking to employ a Customer Experience Manager that can exceed our customers’ expectations.
This is a full time position and you will be joining a young, exciting team with the experience required to help you settle in.
The Role
As the Companies Customer Experience Manager you will be the first point of contact for all Service/Sales customers.
You will be in charge for meeting and greeting our customers as they arrive into the dealership and directing them to the appropriate dealership personnel.
You are our first impressions for the company and Miles Continental wants to give our customers a world class experience.
We are looking for a fun and outgoing person with an infectious personality.
Your communication will second to none and you always will remain positive to both our customers and your work colleagues.
You will demonstrate your efficiency through managing your tasks over the course of the day with the ability to think on your feet and this fast moving environment.
Requirements to succeed.

* Attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
* Excellent communication both verbally and in written format.
* Possesses the ability to multi-task and to see a task to its conclusion.
* Able to have fun in a busy environment
* A high standard of personal presentation
* Full drivers licence including manual vehicles
