About the business
Agri Plus is a family owned three generation company, initially servicing cropping and specialised horticultural farmers in the East Coast District. Twenty years later they are now reaching throughout New Zealand, particularly the North Island, providing livestock and dairy farmers with customised programs and the necessary inputs to improve and maintain their most secure, reliable and cost-effective source of feed – their pasture!
About the role
We're looking for a cadet to learn our business by working in it and studying the field of Agronomy by correspondence to become an experienced Sales Representative on our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete and pass tertiary studies whilst working in various departments within our business
- Work as part of the production, administration, procurement and customer services departments during your journey through the business
- Acquire product knowledge, sales skills and a full understanding of the industry
