WHAT.

• The role requires you to call already qualified leads generated by other team members to discuss customer insurance needs and provide quotes
• Working to KPIs and targets you will be making outbound calls to warm and cold leads
• Aiming to close the sale over the phone and effectively relationship build quickly on each call

You'll be rewarded with:

• Monday to Friday hours - no weekends
• Uncapped commission and great financial rewards – up to $2,500 a fortnight in commission alone (up to 100K OTE)!
• Being registered as a Financial Advisor Career progression opportunity – depending on leadership potential and work performance – up to management level

We are looking for individuals who either want to get into sales or have had a taste of sales and know what it means to earn uncapped commission!
  
We also look for:

• Motivated individuals who enjoy working in a high energy and sales drive environment
• Previous sales experience – either in retail, face to face or over the phone
• Positive, can-do attitude and enjoy working towards individual and group targets
• Eligible to work in New Zealand in a full time and permanent capacity. If you hold a working holiday visa we look for a minimum of 6 months.
