Customer Service Sales/Logistics Assistant is primarily responsible for assisting customers over the phone, internet, email or in person and works closely with the sales staff to ensure a high level of customer service.
As a Customer Service/Logistics Assistant, you will be expected to:
- Attend to counter sales as a priority
- Assist customers over the phone, internet, email or in person with orders, quotations and product questions.
- Check stock availability and process stock returns
- Maintenance of effective parts library
- Managing the client order process from order confirmation through to completion of order.
- Technical support -providing customers with technical product advise, visiting clients.
- Assist counter and warehouse associates as needed.

As an ideal candidate you will have:
- High level of technical aptitude
- One or more year(s) of experience in counter sales or worked in the trailer industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite,
- Strong customer service orientation – both external and internal.
- Exceptional follow up skills.
- A strong attention to detail and be well organized.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
- Must be self-directed and able to complete complex tasks with little supervision or guidance.
- Proven “do whatever it takes” attitude.
