Customer Service Sales/Logistics Assistant is primarily responsible for assisting customers over the phone, internet, email or in person and works closely with the sales staff to ensure a high level of customer service.

As a Customer Service/Logistics Assistant, you will be expected to:

  • Attend to counter sales as a priority
  • Assist customers over the phone, internet, email or in person with orders, quotations and product questions.
  • Check stock availability and process stock returns
  • Maintenance of effective parts library
  • Managing the client order process from order confirmation through to completion of order.
  • Technical support -providing customers with technical product advise, visiting clients.
  • Assist counter and warehouse associates as needed.

As an ideal candidate you will have:

  • High level of technical aptitude
  • One or more year(s) of experience in counter sales or worked in the trailer industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite,
  • Strong customer service orientation – both external and internal.
  • Exceptional follow up skills.
  • A strong attention to detail and be well organized.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Must be self-directed and able to complete complex tasks with little supervision or guidance.
  • Proven “do whatever it takes” attitude.
