Tauranga Women’s Refuge is a Not for Profit community organisation based in Tauranga, Bay of Plenty, New Zealand that provides advocacy, information and support to women their children, families, whanau and communities affected by Domestic Violence (physical, psychological and emotional). We provide a range of services that include 24 hour crisis phone line, safe house shelter, advocacy, social work, counselling and education programmes that are partially funded by the government. Thus, we have an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Fundraising Manager to play a key role in the setting, implementation and managing of existing and new fundraising partnerships, campaigns, events, initiatives and supporters.
The successful candidate will join a small but passionate and dedicated team of staff who are all passionate about ending violence against women, their children, families, whanau and communities.
To join our team you will:
- Have a proven record of running fundraising strategy, programmes, campaigns or events
- Have a relevant qualification or experience in fundraising, marketing, business marketing
- Have experience using a broad range of IT technology and applications to accelerate fundraising success
- Have a wicked sense of humor, can-do-attitude and multi-tasker
