About the Role

This role sees you being responsible for managing the Accounts Receivable and Payable functions for the Millennium Group. Some of the responsibilities include, supporting the Finance team in ensuring the Group’s internal policies and procedures are followed throughout the Group. Managing the accounts receivable process for certain subsidiary companies within the Millennium Group. Assist with the accounts payable process for all subsidiary companies within the Millennium Group and other ad hoc tasks as and when required.

  • Communicate effectively with internal and external contacts.
  • Can-do attitude with an exceptional work ethic.
  • Strong user knowledge of MS Excel and general accounting functions.
  • Be able to provide friendly and efficient professional services to internal and external customers.
  • Strong eye for detail and great organisational skills.
  • Positive personality and willingness to learn is paramount.
  • Minimum five years’ relevant experience would be preferred.
  • NZ Residency
