Salt are working with a small but growing digital agency client who are currently looking for an experienced Paid Search Manager to plan and manage all paid search campaigns for their client base. The Paid Search Manager will work to devise strategies, campaigns, and tactics where paid search is involved. The Paid Search Manager will help acquire new leads and customers through online pay-per-click and cost-per-acquisition campaigns. This position is responsible for all external, online acquisition marketing, managing the strategy, execution, and optimisation across channels.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the strategy and setup of all paid campaigns to include: planning and implementation, tracking, tweaking and evaluating performance
- Optimise marketing spend on paid search
- Measure and optimise paid marketing using vendor-specific dashboards, Google Analytics, and landing page sources and reports and then communicating progress with the client
- Collaborate with client and stakeholders to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all paid programs.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep ahead, including updates to social media marketing, attribution, and programmatic media buying.
- Research and test partnerships with new vendors to expand reach and/or lower cost-per-acquisition
Requirements:
- BA/BS or equivalent working experience.
- 2-3 years of search engine marketing experience.
- Strong Google AdWords and PPC optimisation experience in general across all search engines (certification is a plus).
- Bid management tools experience.
- Fluency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, etc.
- In-depth knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search, re-targeting, social network advertising (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and more)
- Experience handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results
