We're on the hunt for a hardworking, dynamic Marketing Manager to deliver creative and imaginative stories and engaging communications to our valued business customers. In this role you'll work internally with our product development teams (we follow Agile methodology), and externally with some of NZ's best advertising and marketing agencies.

Reporting into our passionate Senior Marketing Manager, this role will be responsible for implementing integrated marketing campaigns, contact programmes and communications for current and potential customers. We want someone that can shift consumer perceptions, deliver reductions in churn and grow the customer value share of Genesis.

To be considered for this role you will demonstrate the following skills and experience:

• At least five years' experience in marketing in large, complex service focussed organisations.
• Knowledge of insight led, data driven marketing strategy and execution.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills and demonstrated experience working cross functionally to deliver strategic goals.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Commerce or similar.
