ABOUT THE ROLE
- Service front and back counter and busy phone room
- Attend to customers efficiently and courteously
- Interpret customer requirements both panel and mechanical
- Handle retail, wholesale & internal business
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Experienced parts interpreter
- Good parts interpretation skills
- Truck mechanical knowledge an advantage
- Customer focused to service customers at the highest level turning enquiries into sales
- Ability to communicate clearly & possess a good phone manner
