The Company
Occupying a stunning Northern Beaches location, our client has been a leader in their area for over a decade. Driven by their ongoing success, they pride themselves on their reputation, close-knit team and constant growth.
Work on a Monday to Saturday basis with a day off provided during the week.
Your New Role
This is an exciting new role where you will be responsible for generating leads for both property management and Sales, as well as to:
- Monitor the marketing and create opportunities
- Direct new sales leads across to appropriate agent
- Meet prospective landlords and appraise properties
- Sign up new management agreements
- Write property descriptions and take photos
- Take lease enquiries and perform leasing duties to maximise occupancy within the property portfolio
About You
- Business Development Management, Leasing or Sales experience within Real Estate
- Current Certificate of Registration
- Drivers licence and car
- Live reasonably local and have good knowledge of the Northern Beaches
- Confident picking up the phone to build new business and prospect
- Up for a challenge, goal orientated and money-motivated
