Operating out of a distinct and elegant brand that sets them apart from other Real Estate offices, this is a team with a unique staff structure and high service standards. The successful candidate will be working for a 2 office network under a premium brand!

If you are a hardworking, highly organised individual who has their sights firmly set on nothing but success, then this could be your chance to becoming one step closer to affiliating yourself with an elite team. The is a full time role Monday - Saturday with the availability of an immediate start. 

Your day to day duties will include:

• Actively sourcing new business
• Arranging and conducting market appraisals 
• Meeting KPI'S for the growth of the Portfolio
• Working closely with the Property Managers and the Sales Team
• Data Base Management
• Compiling Prospecting Plans and Reporting
• Attending open for inspections and private inspections

The Candidate:

• Have a proven ability to manage relationships through competent and articulate communication 
• Exceptional organisational skills 
• Excellent time management skills
• Be a strong team player
• Be energetic and willing to work hard to see results
• A minimum of 2 years Property Management Experience OR Sales Experience
• A desire to develop and grow the portfolio
• Agents Representative Certificate
• Reliable car and a valid drivers license
