An opportunity exists for a Senior Property Manager in a rapidly expanding property management role, within Melbourne CBD and Southern suburbs. You will be helping to manage a portfolio of properties for which you would be responsible for all aspects of property management, including but not limited to, placing tenants, compiling the appropriate paper work & documentation, conducting routine inspections, entry and exit condition reports and bond refund/lodgement documentation.
Previous Property Management experience is essential.
Your primary duties will entail:
- • Regular ongoing communication with your landlords & tenants
- • Ensuring properties promptly listed for rent
- • Aiming for near 0% vacancy rate
- • Minimizing rental arrears and maintenance issues and rectifying them when they might arise.
- Reporting to Building managers and/or Operation manager
Salary Package to be negotiated relative to experience of successful candidate.
