About the position
Reporting to the Senior Research Manager, the Research Analyst is responsible for the monitoring, analysis and presentation of primary and secondary residential market based information to Oliver Hume clients and internal business units.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Data collection
- Management and maintenance of primary and secondary databases
- Analysis of project land and high density property sales
- Market benchmarking, monitoring and forecasting
- Assisting in the publication of market research findings and
- Collecting and analysing industry data and identifying key trends
The Successful Applicant
In order to be successful in this role, you will have:
- Degree in Statistics/Mathematics/Data Analytics, Business, Economics, Commerce or related field
- Experience and/or an understanding of the real estate industry (highly regarded)
- Demonstrated understanding of research methodologies and analytics
- Analytical and reasoning skills with solid numerical ability
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
- Strong IT Skills including advanced Excel
- Keen attention to detail
