About the business and the role

Job tasks and responsibilities

Obviously, as a proven agent, you will already know how to prospect, list and sell property with ethics and efficiency.  You may already be the top earner in your current office, or perhaps ready to move onto that next tier in results but are feeling confined or restricted, or simply just want your earnings to reflect your determination and achievement and the highest earning band in your office just isn't high enough!

No doubt, you are goal and results driven and are prepared to work hard for high rewards.  You would be a dynamic person, with an overwhelming desire to be successful and quite able to work independently, but also would benefit from rubbing shoulders with other high achievers.

Skills and experience

To be eligible for this role you must have at least 12 months experience selling in the real estate industry, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT MEET THIS CRITERIA

You can work from home or there are complimentary hot desks available for casual use or permanent desks with lockable storage available for $100 a month if you'd prefer.  You would be responsible for all your marketing, data entry, form preparation and relevant expenses.  You also must have a current Sales Person Registration or Real Estate Licence, but a Real Estate Licence is NOT essential.

Here's an example of how this works.  Let's base it on a $15,000 net commission (pre-gst).  You would minus the $1200 settlement fee which leaves $13,800 to you which comprises of $12,602.74 in gross wages and $1197.26 in super ... pretty simple!

Unlike many other models that give you the majority of the commission, you DO NOT NEED a full real estate licence, a company, business or ABN, to be registered for gst or to do BAS's, to pay any monthly fees (unless you do not have a settlement in 3 months, then $1200 will be charged to retain access for another 3 months), an auditor, to work a roster in the office, attend weekly meetings (there will be a monthly meeting), to meet Marketing Budgets, to pay Franchise fees or percents, to sign a long-term lock in contract though there is an employment agreement to be clear on the ins and outs.
