The candidate
- 2+ years of Training operation experience
- Real estate sales training/ lecturing experience preferable
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Long-term Visa without work limit
- Excellent researching, writing and speech skills, ethical, passionate, easy-going personality
The Role
- Draw training scope and plan, organize training activity, establish structured company training program, standard and procedure
- Built and manage internal trainer team. Screen, select and manage external training institution
- Responsible for sales team training and coaching, internal training, induction training and team activity planning
- Conduct research on training demand based on company overall strategy, set up annual training plan
- Supervise ongoing training activity of all departments within company
- Establish training record, evaluate training outcome based on content, target and training method
