Knight Frank Tasmania is a leading, long established property agency offering a wide range of services. We are seeking a Commercial Property Manager based in our Hobart office to manage a portfolio of commercial properties on behalf of Knight Frank Clients. We will reward your professional skills with a competitive remuneration package and a great working environment.
The successful candidate will require:-
- a Property Representative licence
- previous experience managing commercial properties
- a knowledge of relevant property related legislation
- a customer centric focus
- strong communication and negotiation skills
- a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain professional business relationships
- organisational and time management skills
- financial management and reporting experience
- experience in the use of Microsoft packages
- report writing and strong written communication skills
- a current drivers licence
