The ideal candidate will possess the following:

-          At least 12 months' experience with proven success record property Manager/BDM

-          Current Agent's Representative Certificate, Drive Licence and Vehicle

-          Real-estate Industry and Local area knowledge.

-          Exceptional customer service.

-          Excellent Written and oral presentation skills.

-          Ability to establish new business, negotiate and build solid relationships.

-          Someone who will drive a long term, successful career with LLC Real Estate.

-          Ability to manage multiple projects and clients.

 

 Your specific duties and responsibilities will include:

-          Develop numbers in Rental Roll

-          Keep high motivation and performance in lead and listing properties

-          Complete and maintain property listing documents professionally

-          Professional Communication with Property owner and Prospect tenant

-          Liaison and seek from Property Manager and Internal Sales Consultant for referral

-          Organise marketing for new listing property

-          Be able to report regularly and accurately to management.

-          Meet revenue and business targets through individual and team activity.
