Edgewater Homes sits within the greater Henley Properties business with a significant point of difference. The Ready Built division is responsible for the design, delivery and sales of ‘speculative’ dwellings across NSW annually.

We partner with some of the nations and NSW’s biggest and best land developers to deliver to market a ‘Ready Built’ alternative to the new housing market. Nationally, Ready Built provides 700 dwellings annually along the eastern seaboard.

In line with our ongoing commitment to ‘service excellence’ an exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, driven and passionate Senior Sales Consultant to join our Ready Built business in NSW.

Based at our Smeaton Grange head office and driving sales for our NSW business you will be responsible for direct and agent sales channels for our speculative homes, house and land and land only businesses.

Working from our latest development in the Catherine Park Estate you will be the first point of contact for our clients. This critical end to end sales role sees you autonomously driving sales across the region, engaging customers through well-developed relationships with sales agents, driving referrals and leads.

On a daily basis you will educate preferred sales agents around the Edgewater Homes offerings.

Important to this role is your ability to build strong relationships externally with agents and customers and internally with your support team and the greater Edgewater Homes business.

Additional to the role you will be responsible for;

  • Managing the process of taking deposits and signing contracts between the agent and Ready Built.
  • Reporting weekly and monthly to the Edgewater Regional Manager on the progress of your sales.

To be successful for this role you will have a proven and strong track record in sales achievement and the ability to manage your time effectively with flexible attitude towards hours of work and being available every weekend. You will be a natural sales person and deliver clear and confident communication to both internal and external stake holders.

Key to your success you will be;

  • Your ability to thrive under pressure with flexibility and adaptability.
  • Strong exposure and knowledge of the new home construction industry.
  • Well established relationships and knowledge of the local real estate market and trends.

This role is remunerated in a retained and commission based model which offers exceptional earning potential to the right person.
