The Opportunity
LJ Hooker has an opportunity available for an experienced Business Growth Manager with excellent coaching and mentoring ability looking to take the next step in their career. This position is based at our head office at Alexandria and covers our offices in New South Wales.
This is a key role at LJ Hooker corporate looking after some of our best performing offices. It is a great opportunity for a successful franchise owner or sales manager looking for their next challenge.
On offer for the successful candidate is a competitive salary package.
The Role
This role is responsible for managing key relationships within our franchise network achieving pre-determined growth targets to increase the franchise office's income in terms of volume of business and gross commissions. Personally you will be responsible for being on the road and working with our franchise owners in a business coaching and mentoring capacity. Your KPIs will include increasing market share, salesperson productivity, customer satisfaction and franchisee engagement in your region.
The Person
You will easily build strong relationships based on trust and you will be an influencer with great public speaking and communication skills. You will build credibility with our network by demonstrating your own successful background of at least 10 years in real estate and business management. You will be a very capable leader and manager who can work across a wide range of responsibilities and engage with many different stakeholders. You will be skilled at identifying the learning needs of your offices and delivering training to meet those needs.
