This is a position for a Leasing Consultant to work alongside a panel of top performing directors and amongst approximately 20 staff members. We are looking for an individual to assist in the streamline of all activity under a top performing Senior Property Manager. On a day to day basis, you will be responsible for:

• Handling & addressing rental enquiries via email and phone
• Conducting open homes and open for inspections
• Ingoing & outgoing inspections
• Routine inspections & Saturday work
• Diary Management 
• Prepare properties for online advertising
• Lease sign ups
• Preparing leases and lease packs
• Ad hoc administration duties

The Candidate:

• A current Certificate of Registration & Driver's License 
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed
• Proficient knowledge and understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act 2010
