Facilities Consultant
Our client, large Government agency, requires an energetic & passionate professional looking to progress your career within facilities coordination. In this varied role, you will coordinate all aspects of building maintenance and essential services via contractor management as well as ensure optimum service delivery. You will be working to implement and deliver a facilities management plan to ensure compliance, risk management and all relevant legislation is covered. You will also be out in the community so customer service and communication skills are a must!
Essential Criteria:
- Facilities coordination in a large commercial or residential setting
- Ability to use management plans to to ensure maintenance of large facilities /assets
- Stakeholder management and strong communication skills
- Knowledge of compliance with relevant laws, regulations, codes and standards
- Demonstrated experience within high volume administration
- Knowledge or exposure to building/facilities management would be advantageous although not essential;
- Proficiency in desktop applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel

A generous salary, part time hours and the ability to work on an important community project. The role will be 21 hours (over 3 days) for the first 4 months and 2 days a week after that for the duration of the project.
