NEV KANE REAL ESTATE (established 1953). This independent family business is seeking a sales professional to join their small experienced sales team in the growing hinterland town of Yandina. Plenty of opportunities abound in the areas of residential, farms, acreage, commercial and house & land package sales, with limited local competition. Commission only position.

Must be:
-Experienced
-Well presented
-Have basic computer skills for research, completing forms and contracts
-Must have proven sales ability
-Enthusiastic about prospecting properties and inspections
-Available to work Saturday mornings and out of business hours
-Prepared to put up signs
-Prepared to conduct open houses on weekends
Must have:
-Real Estate Licence (Sales Certificate NOT sufficient)
-An ABN (Australian Business Number)
-Be willing to obtain own Professional Indemnity Insurance
-Empathy with clients and customers
-Proven negotiation skills
-A good telephone manner and accessibility
-Respect for REIQ ethics and other agents
-A tidy, reliable and presentable work vehicle
