Full-time Shopping Centre Manager position is available for experienced and licensed Commercial Property Manager within our expanding commercial management / retail portfolios.
The successful candidate must have a current Queensland Real Estate Certificate and strong retail management experience and leasing abilities.
Qualification
The successful candidate will have at least 3 years experience at a high level of commercial and retail management and hold a current license.
Applicants must have a proven record as a proactive and results orientated centre manager with the proven ability to deal with a range of leasing enquiries from multi -nationals to small business retailers.
Responsibility
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:-
- Day to day management of the portfolio and managing client relations
- Management of Leases and renegotiation of renewals.
- Managing and addressing rental arrears
- Budgets, and forecasting and collection of rent
- Property Inspections
- Administration
- Regular reporting to General Manager and Clients
Successful applicant will be able to demonstrate sound ability in financial reporting.
