An immediate requirement has emerged for a savvy and committed Sales Consultant to join the sales team at our Alkimos Beach and Alkimos Vista community projects.
Alkimos Beach, Australia’s first 6-star Green star and BeachSAFE community situated in the heart of Perth’s northern coastal corridor has been recognised at the Urban Development Institute of Australia WA (UDIAWA) 2017 Awards for Excellence, winning in the category of Residential Development Over 250 Lots in Western Australia.
We are looking for a strong performer dedicated to generating and closing Land sales who can demonstrate exemplary customer service through the customer journey to build solid and authentic long-term relationships. Equally important will be excellent presentation skills and exceptional interpersonal skills with the capacity to build and maintain relationships within the project and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will be motivated by achieving targets whilst providing innovative solution to achieve business outcomes.
A Real Estate Agent Sales registration is required, as would extensive real estate / new homes or land sales experience. For this opportunity, you will be required to own a car and have a valid driver’s license.
