About the Role
Due to growth, our client is seeking a dedicated, passionate property manager who displays a "can-do" attitude and a strong desire to provide utmost service. The successful candidate will contribute the effective management of a rental portfolio located within close proximity from the office

Duties:

• Management of daily rental arrears, including issue of Breach Notices
• Conduct routine inspections and preparation of such reports
• Open home viewings including tenancy application processing
• Manage and delegate maintenance between tenant, landlord and tradespersons
• Preparation of lease renew documents including rental review
• Prepare Tenancy Agreements and conduct tenancy inductions
• Managing End of Tenancy, including bond claims
• Preparation and submission of Insurance Claims

Skills and Requirements

• Property Management experience 
• Qualification in Residential Property Management, Property Services or similar.
• Reliable car and valid driver's license
• High level of professionalism and enthusiasm
• Ability to work in a small team environment or work independently
• Follow Protocol and Procedures including completion of in-house checklists 
• High level of customer service and excellent rapport building skills
