My client is one of the longest standing and highly respected Building Management companies in Sydney and they looking for a new Assistant Building Manager to join their team at Macquarie Park.  
  
As the new Assistant Building Manager, you will be responsible for the following; 
  

• Assist the Senior Building Manager in all on-going maintenance issues.
• Make recommendations on best course of action for large maintenance issues.
• Attend meetings with Senior to asses best course of action. 
• Organsing trades and contractors for various projects. 
• This role is more on a proactive maintenance level so fixing small low maintenance issues. 

To be considered for the role of Assistant Building Manager, you must have the following; 

• Experience in doing take-offs and preparing quotes.
• Experience and proficiency in the use of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and the Internet. This means more than just the basics and the ability to use these applications in their daily work.
• Experience in safety maintenance of buildings/structures.
• Takes pride in their attention to detail and accuracy.
• Planning and managing their own workload in order to meet deadlines whilst producing quality reports.
• Professional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
