My client are seeking an experienced Commercial property Manager or an experienced Residential Property Manager looking to take the next step in the career.

Job description: 

• Management of Commercial portfolio
• Communications with Tenants, Landlords & Contractors on daily basis
• Costing/Financial reporting
• Small portfolio
• Management of maintenance issues including ESM’s
• Negotiations of lease renewals
• Arrears managements

For this role you will have:

• Experience in Commercial Property Management and/or 2 plus years in Residential Property Management
• Business Development experience
• Reliable car and drivers licence
• Agents Representative certificate or full licence
• It savvy, strong attention to detail
• Open minded, ready to learn, great smile
