Our client is a well known property development company who are known for their luxury portfolio across Melbourne.

About the role: 

• Oversee existing developments through managing the current Development Manager and 2 Project Managers;
• Source new sites through industry knowledge, tendering and a strong background in acquisitions;
• Conduct all feasibility reports, represent our client at council meetings; 
• Show strong creativity skills through meetings with designers and architects;
• Drive the company out of what is a predominately mixed-use residential portfolio and into other major areas of development

About you:

• 8+ years end-to-end development experience; preferably as a Senior DM;
• Experience in managing teams and multiple projects is highly regarded but not essential;
• Relative tertiary education or proven work experience
