Our client is a top Commercial agency seeking a dedicate Commercial Leasing Executive.

Working very closely with high end clients, you will list and lease in Commercial Real! Full admin support including marketing & trust accountants. You will have full support provided by your Directors.

Job description:
  

• Preparing leasing marketing strategies
• Active promotion of Commercial Real Estate for lease
• Negotiating leasing transactions
• Regular client reporting
• Generating and updating databases
• Liaising with property owners, tenants & contractors

  
For this role:
 

• Experience in Commercial Leasing, Property Management or Tenant Representation
• Experienced residential candidates from a Leasing and/or BDM role to apply
• Management of client relationships with clear success at obtaining and retaining clients
• Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritise
• A desire and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Agents Representative Certificate
• Valid driver’s licences and reliable car
