A Typical Day

• Prospect and build relationships with property investors
• Respond to rental appraisal requests
• Convert from lead or rental appraisal to a management
• Update owners with the advertising and status updates

Selection Criteria

• Property Management Certificate of Registration or strong understanding of the Property Management process
• Current Drivers Licence
• A proactive approach to business development
