They require a part time customer focused Service Coordinator on a temporary to permanent basis in the inner CBD Suburbs.

Your new role
You will be responsible for:

• Booking and setting up meeting room, catering and audio visual
• Log reactive and preventative maintenance
• Schedule contractors and provide updates to internal and external stakeholders
• Fire warden responsibilities
• Ensuring OH&S and security issues are monitored
• Providing quotes, raising purchase orders and processing invoices

What you'll need to succeed

• You will need previous experience in a Facilities Assistant or Service Coordinator role
• Ability to prioritise competing working demands and remain calm under pressure
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Strong scheduling, organisational and administration skills
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
