This newly emerging firm operating in real estate, construction, private advisory and litigation offers a fresh, supportive environment to transition into a Partnership role. The Managing Partner, himself from a national firm, has successfully assisted two SCs into Partnership roles in the last year.

With industry known Partners in litigation and construction the firm is seeking someone to capitalise on the referrals and build their profile in construction litigation specifically. They have handled some of the larger matters within the firm with the client base being more in line with a national firm.

There is an understanding of the variations in pricing in the market and the need for strong marketing and ancillary support. The Partners are collectively supportive of this move and provide mentoring in building and managing a client base.

The environment is without the politics of more long-standing law firms and the Partners are a strong, cohesive, forward thinking firm. There will be a stepped incentive program which rewards growth as you travel towards partnership in year one at which time access to equity is granted not discretionary. into an equity situation. There is a balanced emphasis on financials and firm contribution which has supported genuine cohesion across the partnership.
