Currently there is an offering at the Senior associate level that will act on public and private companies, private equity sponsors in connection with acquisitions, dispositions, financings and reorganizations.
However more than that, it is offering a strong transactional senior associate a different perspective of the market orientated from Perth looking outwards.
Newly acquired Partners are evidence that this group present something unique in the market.

Criteria:
- LLB with Strong Academics
- Mergers and acqusitions experience
- Min. 5 years post admission experience
