This exceptional opportunity is working for a Partner of an amazing firm in the inner south suburbs. This role would suit someone who enjoys dictation typing. 

The person you will be working for is lovely - very good at what he does and is needing an exceptional PA to assist him! 

Your responsibilities will include:

• typing, marking up, proof reading and collating contracts, documents and agreements
• drafting basic correspondence
• billing 
• liaising with clients, lawyers and other staff by telephone and email including taking accurate messages and delivering quickly
• digital dictaphone typing
