The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Legal Assistant to join our Personal Injuries team at our Perth office on a full time permanent basis. This is a fantastic entry level opportunity available for someone looking to commence their career in the legal sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- General reception tasks;
- Liaising with clients, experts and other professionals;
- Assist with creating legal documentation;
- Arrange and manage appointments;
- Prepare basic correspondence for clients;
- Provide accurate information to clients within a timely manner;
- General administration duties
Skills & experience we're looking for:
- Demonstrated experience within a customer service role;
- Experience in a legal or professional services environment highly desirable;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to interact with clients and staff at all levels;
- Ability to stay calm and work at an optimum level in pressure situations;
- Strong organisational skills;
- A genuine interest in working in a plaintiff law firm.
