You

Will be a commercial lawyer at Senior Associate or Special Counsel level, who would like to be on track to Partnership now.

Role

Advise and represent your clients on complex commercial issues including share and business sale agreements, manufacturing, distribution and licensing agreements, commercial contracts and corporate governance issues. Your clients include subsidiaries of multinationals through to large privately-owned entities, family businesses and small-medium enterprises and has gained an in-depth knowledge of industries such as IT, transport, franchising and manufacturing.
