Our client, a top-tier firm with an international presence, is seeking a lawyer with three to five years’ experience in commercial and fund management matters to join their Canberra office.
In this role, you will join a high performing team focused on working collaboratively with national and international clients in the funds management industry to create and restructure funds, develop new investment products and navigate complex legal and regulatory frameworks. You will also have the opportunity to work on more general commercial matters with leading practitioners in their field.
To succeed in this role, you will have acquired a minimum of three years’ post admission commercial experience in a mid-tier or top-tier environment, preferably with exposure to high level transactional and investment matters. You will be commercially astute and committed to working with clients to devise innovative solutions specifically catered to their needs. You will also possess excellent communication skills and outstanding attention to detail.
