A rare and exciting opportunity exists for talented banking lawyers, with approximately 5-8 years' PAE to join this dynamic, professional and friendly team as an Associate/Senior Associate.
As a valued member of a high performing team, you will enjoy working with eminent partners and acting for borrowers and lenders across a range of industries and financing transactions, including energy, project and infrastructure financings, acquisition financing and property finance. Expect to advise leading Australian and global corporations and financial institutions on large and complex deals!
You will have ideally gained your experience in a top-tier or leading national law firm. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a team with plenty of room to grow and progress (this team is not top heavy which is ideal for candidates at this level looking to progress!).
