About You

• Must be admitted as a legal practitioner within the State of Queensland and to the Supreme Court and be the holder of (or be eligible for immediate acquisition of) a current Practising Certificate
• Demonstrate a high level of professional service or capacity in a wide range of Family, Domestic Violence representation, and ideally in Child Protection advocacy
• Hold a current Drivers Licence
• Have strong resilience for a range of complex work including domestic violence and child protection issues, and ability to develop culturally competent service skills (Child Protection experience not essential)
• Provide references, tidy responses to our selection criteria online, and have an ability to commence within 8 weeks
