While you may be accessing quality construction disputes in your current boutique, is the lack of precedent and resourcing available limiting your productive output? Finding you’re spending time repeating aspects from matter to matter or covering more mundane elements that would be better done by a paralegal?

Take advantage of a buoyant construction market to transition into larger platforms. Following are tier/band 1 rated construction practices with national and APAC region reach. They have robust and sophisticated knowledge and national workflow management systems. Focus on what you do best.

OPTION ONE: National Firm

• Premium firm within the construction space; a genuine top-tier equivalent
• Big-ticket dispute focus with an infrastructure slant; ADR, arbitration, multi-party litigation
• Access both sponsor and contractor side of ledger
• Benefit from direct mentorship from a major player in the Australian/APAC region construction law sector

OPTION TWO:  Top-tier               

• ADR, arbitration and litigation across some of the region’s highest profile projects
• PPP project disputes are involved, primarily from the sponsor and principal side
• Benefit from a rich and diverse partner group that will instill a highly technical but also commercial approach as you continue your development

You will have 3-5 years’ construction disputes experience and a strong academic pedigree.
