- Acting for an ASX- / multi-listed heavy client base there will be a significant component of topical, corporate orientated disputes
- Cover corporate litigation in respect to the Corp Act, breaches, and ASIC / regulatory investigations
- Proven track record with Class Actions within this sector, to the Federal Court level
- Expect to also engage on wider commercial disputes; shareholder disputes, intellectual property, and trade practices among others
- While well resourced, this is a relatively lean boutique from a Partner to Fee earner leverage perspective
- Structurally, this ensures excellent access for practitioners; to clients, to Counsel and in providing strategic input to the full lifecycle of disputes
- Take ownership to their conclusion
- You can expect to be briefed directly by boards of the listed client base and lead meetings with ASIC officials
- This access has seen the firm have a proven record in attracting Lawyers and senior practitioners from a raft of top- and mid-tier firms

For the most part reviews are just around the corner or already underway. Whether you are expecting something strong, have heard rumours they'll be soft this year, have been disappointed by the initial chat or are completely in the dark, now is a good time to compare, on a confidential basis, how your situation stacks up to the market and to use the ambiguity of this time as a negotiation tool.
