About the Role

We are seeking experienced insurance claims officers, willing to go the extra mile to achieve a satisfying experience for our clients.

Your key responsibility will be a portfolio of motor vehicle insurance related cases. This position is responsible for organising and processing every phase of the repair process.

Key responsibilities

  • Enter data for new claims
  • Contact clients, insured customers, repairers and brokers to organise assessments.
  • Receive and make phone calls related to the execution of the repair
  • Review files and invoices
  • Correspond with clients via email and phone
  • Process and submit WOVR’s

    Skills & Experience

  • Experience in a motor vehicle claims environment is highly desirable
  • Experience in managing other types of insurance claims (other than motor vehicle) would be beneficial and highly trainable into our environment
  • Demonstrated experience managing a case from beginning to conclusion
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a busy insurance call centre environment
  • Typing Speed 60-70 wpm and keyboard skills within a database software application
  • Exceptional customer service is essential
  • The ability to deal with challenging situations will not phase you
  • Task orientated and driven to work independently
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail, good time management
