About the Role
We are seeking experienced insurance claims officers, willing to go the extra mile to achieve a satisfying experience for our clients.
Your key responsibility will be a portfolio of motor vehicle insurance related cases. This position is responsible for organising and processing every phase of the repair process.
Key responsibilities
- Enter data for new claims
- Contact clients, insured customers, repairers and brokers to organise assessments.
- Receive and make phone calls related to the execution of the repair
- Review files and invoices
- Correspond with clients via email and phone
- Process and submit WOVR’s
Skills & Experience
- Experience in a motor vehicle claims environment is highly desirable
- Experience in managing other types of insurance claims (other than motor vehicle) would be beneficial and highly trainable into our environment
- Demonstrated experience managing a case from beginning to conclusion
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook
- At least 2 years’ experience in a busy insurance call centre environment
- Typing Speed 60-70 wpm and keyboard skills within a database software application
- Exceptional customer service is essential
- The ability to deal with challenging situations will not phase you
- Task orientated and driven to work independently
- Strong verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail, good time management
