Your new company
This is a prominent and established broker with a reputation for having an innovative business model for Authorised Representatives in Australia. A rare opportunity has opened up for an experienced Account Manager or AR to joint heir business in a couple of specialty areas.

Your new role
You will be focused on developing and managing a portfolio through a referrals system.

• Manage relationship with business referral partner(s) and internal brokers
• Review current programs and offer alternatives based on coverage and price
• Effectively manage retention and renewals process
• Ensure industry compliance standards are adhered to
• Provide first contact on claims notification and facilitate claims lodgements

What you'll need to succeed
You will have proven experience as an Account Manager ideally in either the Heavy Motor Plant or the SME space in a broking environment.

• Proven ability to develop new business, present to new clients and provide follow up service to a high standard
• Effectively manage renewals and retention
• Sound understanding and adherence to compliance standards
• Experience in handling claims notification and/or lodgement
