About the Role
The Claims Advisor is a 3 month fixed term role (with a high potential of extension), is part of our Advisory business and is based at our client site at Toyota in Port Melbourne. The purpose of this role is to manage claims for a self-insurer at best practice and to ensure that all claims are managed in accordance with the Victorian Workers Compensation legislation and relevant Workers Compensation Authority Policies and Guidelines.
Required Skill

- Work management – time management, planning and organisational skills
Required Expertise
- Relevant tertiary qualification in business and/or rehabilitation or health related discipline or equivalent experience
- Technical knowledge - a thorough understanding of Workers Compensation legislation and associated compliance issues
- Computer skills: Outlook, basic Excel, exposure to claims management systems
