You have excellent customer service and are truly passionate about delivering exceptional guest experience. You have mastered the art of saying no and yet you never disappoint when you have to deliver bad news. You infect others with your enthusiasm to exceed customer expectations.

As a client services manager, you will be leading a team of receptionist staff, reservations agents and property managers to deliver superior services to our current and future clientele. 

This will include but may not be limited to:

  • Conducting training/development for new and current staff with focus on service delivery;
  • Taking part in and ongoing responsibility of the recruitment and induction process of new staff;
  • Developing and implementing systems to ensure service delivery operates at expected standards;
  • Implement KPI’s and targets for current and new staff and review on an ongoing basis;
  • Review client experiences;
  • Attend to incoming calls and guest/tenant enquiries when necessary;
  • Support staff in situations whereby a managerial attendance is required;

You must have:

  • Minimum 4 years experience in either a call-center or face-to-face customer service environment, both being preferable but not necessary;
  • Experience conducting training and development for customer service staff
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain structures for customer service reviews;
  • Achieved KPI’s in sales/customer service environments as an individual as well as achieved set team KPI’s and targets
  • Proven ability to motivate staff to exceed their targets/KPI’s and experienced in assisting in recruitment/induction of staff.
