• Small travel office needing some administration support
• Great way to learn the travel sector
• Great mix of a role where every day will be different

• Quote preparation including contacting suppliers, pricing and typing of quote
• Assist in booking segments of the travel itinerary including flights, tours, transfers etc
• Complete a quality check on all client bookings
• Collate all documentation for customers
• Input of client details into the company database
• Team administration including production of product updates, team training notes, team sales figures
• Welcoming of all customers that come to the office
• Answer all incoming calls

• Previous experience in the travel sector
• High level experience on microsoft products to ensure you are the go to person for all administration
• Understanding of CRS would be an advantage
