The Benjamin On Franklin is a boutique city hotel which offers a range of food from Pizzas, Pub Grub through to exquisite Steaks and refined dishes. The Chef has the opportunity to assist in all kitchen functions including the design and structure of menus.

About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef with planning the day to day running of the kitchen which includes food preparation, cooking, purchasing and designing menus.

Skills and experience
To be the successful in this position you must:
Be a qualified Chef, with a hands on approach and a desire to exceed customers expectations
Some knowledge of OH&S and Food Safety
