DUTIES
- Deliver excellent levels of guest service everytime
- Check in and check out guests
- Process payments
- Assist with bookings to restaurants and spa
- Action guest preferences
- Answer phones
- Assist with guest enquiries
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Experience in a front office environment in a hotel preferred
- Opera PMS experience preferred
- Full Australian Working Rights with no restrictions
- Availability to work on a 24/7 rotating roster
