ACI Labour Hire are seeking qualified, experienced and passionate Waiting Staff / Sommelier's for a Live-In Position in one of Melbourne 's Top Restaurants

• Waiting Staff with a real drive and passion for their industry and trade

• Waiting Staff / Sommelier's / Fine Dining we are seeking all levels of Waiting Staff as the team ramps up for Spring 
• Waiting Staff that understand the demands of the job, standards required as they will represent the best - the venue grow 80% of produce so real paddock to plate and strive to be the best 
• Waiting Staff that are reliable, hard working, flexible and driven 
• Waiting Staff that are grown up - comfortable with who they are and what they are about 

This is a Live-In Position in Country Victoria - that means living away from Home.
