About the role
What will you be doing?
- Account Managers/Client Success Executives deal directly with our clients to ensure their experience is outstanding, from the initial Onboarding right the way through to ongoing Account Management.
- Your time will be divided between time in the office in Melbourne, ensuring your hosts are happy - and out and about, visiting new hosts' homes and ensuring that they are on boarded to the Airsorted platform in an efficient and timely manner.
- You will be a founding member of the Melbourne team so we would look to you to flag any issues you come across or develop new processes to better suit our operations.

Skills and experience
- University Degree, or relevant experience
- A people person who enjoys developing new working relationships.
- Great communication skills; in person, on the phone and written
- Able to work at pace and juggle tasks simultaneously
- Not afraid to take on a challenge and enjoy problem-solving
- Focussed on excellent attention to detail
- Organised and efficient with their time
